ZEELOOL offers a 365-day warranty starting from the day you receive your eyewear. The warranty covers defects in material and workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, neglect, or improper care.
You can return, exchange, or request a refund for products that do not meet your expectations within 30 days of receiving them. Here's what you need to know:
Eligibility: Each order is eligible for one return or exchange within 30 days.
Non-quality issues: We cannot accept returns or exchanges for non-quality issues after the 30-day window.
Return options: You can exchange, get a credit, or receive a full refund for the returned product.
If we made an error, such as sending the wrong prescription or wrong items, we will:
Provide a pre-paid shipping label to return the incorrect items.
Offer a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method or as ZEELOOL Store Credit.
Your refund will be processed according to the following terms:
Refund time: Your refund will be processed within 7 days after we receive the returned items.
Shipping fee: The original shipping fee (if any) is non-refundable.
Refund method: The refund will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Please allow 3-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
The exchange process includes the following steps:
We will send you the new item after we receive your returned product.
If the new item has a different price, you will need to pay the price difference.
Step 1: Contact customer service to initiate a return. Please include the reason for the return.
Step 2: Our customer service team will contact you with in 24-48 hours to confirm the return details.
Step 3: YouIl receive a pre-paid USPS shipping label, return the eyewear to your nearest USPS location.
Step 4: Once we receive the returned glasses, we will process the replacement or refund to your ZEELOOL Wallet or original payment method within 24-48 hours.
Step 3: You'll receive a return address, you will need to pay for return shipping and send the eyewear to us. Once sent, please provide the tracking number.
Please note that the return address is not the same as the one on the shipping label.
Step 4: After we receive the returned glasses, we'll process your replacement or refund to your ZEELOOL Wallet or original payment method (excluding shipping costs)within 24-48hours, and you'll recieve the funds in 3-7 business days after that.
