I am obsessed with my glasses!! They match my hair perfectly and the quality is so nice. They feel so expensive but the price is so cheap!! They came so fast and were packaged beautifully. My prescription was accurate which I’m thankful for!! I love bigger glasses on my face it’s so cute

Despite loving my glasses, what I had to go through to receive them—and the poor customer service I experienced from both ZEELOOL and UPS—simply wasn't worth it. I spent countless hours trying to resolve delivery issues, including multiple calls to customer service totaling nearly 9 hrs . Unfortunately, despite my time, patience, and repeated follow-ups, there was no meaningful resolution. without several escalations
