I love them

This is the second pair of glasses I've ordered from you, and unfortunately, they don't seem to have the correct prescription. When I put them on, my vision feels exactly the same as if I weren't wearing glasses at all. On another note, the glasses also don't appear to have the Blue-Light Blocking (Gray) option that I selected with my order. My previous pair was perfect, so I was surprised to experience these issues with this new order. Could you let me know what the next steps are? Thanks,
