First of all, the glasses are great. The style I ended up with is even better than I had originally picked. I mistakenly provided an incomplete prescription. After receiving the Kenish glasses, I emailed customer service that I was unable to see well through them. They were able to help clarify the prescription details, but the Kenish style sold out. They were able to replace the frames for me with the - very similar - Pride style. Turns out - those fit better anyway. Great customer service!
