glasses work lenses don’t

The problem is when I got the glasses. The prescription is off or at least where they put the line for the Progressive and there’s no way to reach them for them to fix that so now I have two pair of glasses that I can’t wear. And I reached out to no avail and I haven’t been able to wear them for a year and nor can I get them fixed by calling you guys
