I’m not sure what else to do at this point . I have returned my frames all 11 of them because my prescription was incorrect. I wanted to get 2 of the 11 frames replaced because I didn’t like the fit. I have sent numerous emails and the only response I keep getting is a automated response . I have asked for a refund nuemerous of times so that I can replace my order . I haven’t heard back from and actual person . Please help ! I need to speak with someone in the phone. NOT THROUGH EMAIL
