The quality of the glasses is excellent, and the material feels durable. However, I used the virtual try-on feature in the app and the frames appeared to fit my face very well. When they arrived, they were much larger in person, which makes the fit uncomfortable and not flattering. The product itself is good, but the sizing shown in the app does not accurately match the real fit. There should be an option to return or exchange the frames, especially since it can take multiple tries before findi

I meant to order for child size and I received an adult size. I want to get a refund but don't know how to do that or at least switch off the adult glasses for child size
