These are the terms and conditions on which we supply goods to you.

Orders

Orders to Zeelool must be submitted by the following method: via our website www.zeelool.com.
Please ensure that you read these terms and conditions carefully, and check that the details on the order and in these terms and conditions are completely accurate before you sign and/or submit your order. If you think that there is a mistake, please contact us to discuss. We will confirm any changes in writing to avoid any discrepancy between you and us.
When you sign and/or submit your order to us, this does not mean we have accepted your order for goods. These terms and conditions will become binding on you and us when we issue you with a written acceptance of an order , at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us.

You can change your order information within 36 hours after you placing order. Please contact Zeelool via e-mail support@zeelool.com, our support stuff will help you modify the order information. After 36 hours, we have to confirm whether the product has been shipped, if it's not sent out, we could help change the order information, if it's sent out so your received the wrong product, or the product was sent to the wrong address, etc. you should be responsible for the wrong order.

Limitations of Supply of Goods

Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, we cannot always guarantee the availability of goods as set out on our site. We will inform you by e-mail as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available and we will not process your Order if made. If you have already paid for the goods, we will refund you the full amount as soon as possible.

Delivery

Please note that timescales for delivery and delivery charges will vary depending on the availability of the goods and your address. We will contact you with an estimated delivery date and you will be notified when the goods have been dispatched. Delivery of an order shall be completed when we deliver the goods to the address you gave us. If no one is available at your address to take delivery, we will leave you a note that the goods have been returned to our premises, in which case, please contact us to rearrange delivery. The goods will be your responsibility from the completion of delivery. You own the goods once we have received payment in full.

Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30 day’s warranty from the date you receive the glasses . If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your glasses or you made a mistake in your order, you may simply return them in their unworn, original, merchantable condition, in the original case for:
A one time use only-100% store credit. (excluding the shipping fee, which is not refundable)
Or a one-time exchange at no cost. (Product exchange of equal or lesser value; Zeelool will not refund the difference if the exchange pair is of lesser value than the item returned; excluding the shipping fee)
Or 50% refund of the production cost ( excluding the shipping) to your Paypal that you used on the order, please click our return an policy for more information.
Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.

Cancellation Rights

Any custom-made items (prescription lenses) must be cancelled within 24 hours of the order being placed. If your order has been dispatched, you will need to contact customer service center for return address.
