Zeelool strives to offer quality glasses and our Quality Assurance team tests each and every pair of glasses before they are sent to our customers. This is to help ensure that products being shipped match our expectations of quality, reliability, and durability. We want all of our glasses to last, function, and look good! If you have any problems or you're not satisfied with your glasses, you have thirty (30) days from the date you receive the glasses to call us for a return authorization (RA) number.
- If you feel there is a manufacturing error, return the glasses for inspection within the 30-day warranty period. If our inspection shows the glasses were made incorrectly, we will remake them for you at no charge or refund you(excluding shipping). This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear to the frames, lenses, or coatings.
- If you made a mistake during the order, or you just don’t like the glasses, you can return them for a 50% refund (excluding shipping) to the credit or debit card or PayPal account.
How to Return Your Glasses:
Several simply instructions as follows:
- Contact zeelool via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receiving your eyeglasses. Zeelool will happily provide you a return authorization (RA) number. All Returns must be returned in their unworn, original condition.
- Package your glasses securely and leave a note include your name, order number and a brief note describe the returning reason of the glasses; or a copy of the prescription as well as PD that you received from doctor, so that Zeelool can inspect the glasses.
Zeelool would feel sorry if your glasses were getting lost during the shipment. Therefore, shipping your return by a traceable method is recommended.
Tips: we are NOT responsible for the return postage, so you need to bear the postage by yourself.
