It is our testimony that every pair of glasses goes through quality control before being shipped out. We have high expectations for all our glasses to last long, function well and look great.
If the glasses you received were incorrect, defective or damaged, you may contact Zeelool Customer Service Center to request a replacement or a full refund within 30 days of receipt of shipment. After confirmation, the refund normally arrives within 7-15 business days.
If you accidently filled in an incorrect address or prescription, or chose the wrong frame(s) or lenses, you may contact Zeelool Customer Service Center for alteration and correction within 36-48 hours. We are not able to correct any mistakes after the package has been shipped out, but once you receive your glasses, you can still contact Zeelool for help or ship it back for a full refund*.
Within 30 days of receipt of shipment, if you are not satisfied with your glasses for any reason, you may also contact Zeelool Customer Service for help or ship it back to get a full refund*.
Four steps to return your eyeglasses
1. Contact Zeelool Customer Service Center within 30 days of receipt of shipment.
2. Pack your glasses securely and leave a note including the information of your name, order number, e-mail address that you used to place the order, the reason for return, and a copy of your recent prescription (PD value included) from your doctor. The glasses have to remain in the condition received。
3. Due to the case that your package might get lost during international logistics, Zeelool kindly recommends our customers to choose reliable Express Companies with tracking number for return.
4. After you ship out the glasses, please inform Zeelool Customer Service Center of the tracking number so we can inspect your glasses as soon as they arrive and proceed with the process of replacement or a refund after the inspection.
