RETURN PRIVILEGES AND REFUND POLICY-TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Zeelool endeavors to offer high-quality, super affordable and classic trending glasses for all eyewear lovers around the world. It is our hallmark and standard set that every pair of glasses goes through quality control before being shipped out. We believe in all standards that our glasses last long, function well and have a great look.

If the glasses you received were wrong, defective or damaged or for any reasons, you may contact Zeelool Customer Service Center to request for a replacement or a 100% refund within 30 days receipt of shipment. After confirmation, the said refund normally arrives within 7-15 business days.

If you peradventure fill in an incorrect address or prescription, or chose the wrong frame(s) or lenses, you may contact Zeelool Customer Service Center for alteration and correction within 36-48 hours. On the other hand, we may not be able to correct any mistakes after the package has been shipped out. Once you receive your glasses, you can still contact Zeelool for help or ship it back for a full refund*.

Within 30 days of receipt of shipment, if you are not satisfied with your glasses for any reason, you may also contact Zeelool Customer Service for help or ship it back to us in its original state and get our promised full refund*.

Four steps to return your eyeglasses

1. Contact Zeelool Customer Service Center within 30 days of receipt of shipment.
2. Securely pack your glasses in its intended box and leave a note including the information of your name, order number, e-mail address that you used to place the order, the reasons for the return, and a copy of your recent prescription (PD value included) from your doctor. The glasses have to remain in its original condition as received.
3. In the instance where your package might get lost during international logistics, Zeelool kindly recommends our customers to choose reliable Express Companies with tracking number for return.

Please Note That

-Refund will not be accepted without the needed information from step 1.
-Products must be purchased directly from Zeelool Inc.
-In order to get result, you must use the glasses as prescribed.
-The product must be returned undamaged and with no scratches, tears, dent or wear in its original packaging.
