Return & Refund

Zeelool endeavors to offer high-quality, super affordable and classic trending glasses for you. It will go through five times of strict quality inspection before handing to you to ensure that you get a satisfactory product. However something unexpected may happens, which will lead to the defect on your glasses. Please feel free to contact the customer service center, we will and be certain to deal with it appropriately to give you a pleasant purchasing experience.

I. If you receive a defective glasses(excluding caused by accident, improper treatment) within 90 days receipt of shipment. Please contact Zeelool Customer Service Center in time to request for a replacement. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear to the frames, lenses, or coatings. We will give you the discount coupon to buy another glasses on our website beyond 90 days receipt of shipment.

II. You have thirty (30) days from the date you receive the glasses to contact us if you want to refund or return them for any reason. Please refer to the following terms for the specific return privileges and refund policy.

1. Transport damage: We will replace broken frames at no charge or give a full refund.

2. Receive wrong glasses: We will replace wrong frames at no charge or give a full refund.

3. Defective glasses: Please contact Zeelool Customer Service Center, and we will replace or refund according to the actual situation.

4. Damaged within 30 days: If the damage caused by defective material or workmanship, rather than accident, negligence or careless mistake, we will remake and resend the glasses, or offer you a pair of new glasses, and you only need to pay some price differences.

5. Uncomfortable glasses: If you cannot see clearly or feel uncomfortable after receiving the new glasses, please first check the prescription you uploaded because customers often fill in the wrong prescription. If your prescription is correct, please adjust your glasses according to the tips here. If it still causes uncomfortable wearing, please contact Zeelool Customer Service Center in time. We will properly deal with your problem and ensure you a satisfactory shopping experience.

6. If the size is not suitable and cannot be worn normally due to inappropriate selection, please measure the size of the frame used before and contact the Zeelool Customer Service Center within 30 days after receiving the goods to handle the issue properly.

7. If you don't like the glasses you bought, please contact Zeelool Customer Service Center within 30 days after receiving the glasses to exchange, refund or get other solutions.  

8. If you accidentally fill in the wrong prescription or choose the wrong lenses, please contact Zeelool Customer Service center for free change within 36 hours after payment; after 36 hours if the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be changed. Please contact Zeelool Customer Service for a proper solution. All the reissued orders will be delivered as soon as possible. Hope you have a perfect shopping experience.

9. Cancellation: We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund within 7 business days. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. Please contact Zeelool Customer Service for a proper solution.

1. All returned orders need to be kept in their original packaging(including glasses, glasses case, etc.) to ensure that they will not be crushed during transportation. You can keep other non-sale accessories as free gifts.

2. Properly package the returned items and attach your order information and a brief explanation for your return. If there is a prescription problem, please attach your latest prescription.
